We keep things simple and fair. Here's what you need to know.
Cancellation Charges
24+ Hours Before Pickup
FREE — No ChargeCancel for any reason with no penalty. Full refund issued to your original payment method.
12–24 Hours Before Pickup
50% ChargeA cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will apply. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
Less Than 12 Hours / No-Show
Full ChargeCancellations within 12 hours of pickup or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount. The driver and vehicle have already been dispatched or reserved.
Weather & Emergency Exceptions
In cases of severe weather (blizzards, ice storms, tornado warnings) or declared emergencies that make travel unsafe, cancellation fees are waived regardless of timing. Flight cancellations verified through our tracking system also qualify for a full waiver.

Free Modifications
Need to change your pickup time, location, or vehicle? Modifications made 12 or more hours before pickup are free of charge, subject to vehicle availability. Changes within 12 hours will be accommodated on a best-effort basis with no additional fee if the original vehicle and driver are available.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your bank. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
