How does corporate account billing work?

Corporate accounts receive a single consolidated invoice at the end of each calendar month. Invoices are itemized by trip, rider, and pickup location. Net-30 payment terms are available for approved accounts. We accept ACH, wire transfer, and corporate credit cards.

Can we assign specific drivers to our account?

Yes — preferred driver assignment is available for corporate accounts. Once a driver completes several trips for your team and earns high ratings, you can request that driver as your primary. We accommodate this whenever scheduling allows, and your account manager manages the preference automatically.

What is the cancellation policy for corporate bookings?

Corporate accounts receive a 2-hour cancellation window for sedans and SUVs, and a 4-hour window for sprinters and larger vehicles, without charge. Late cancellations incur a 50% trip fee. We understand schedules change — the policy exists to protect driver time, not to penalize clients.

Do you handle multi-city coordination?

Yes. For roadshows and executive travel across multiple markets, we work with affiliated partners in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and other major cities. One call to your account manager and we coordinate ground transportation end-to-end across markets.

What vehicles are available for large executive groups?

For groups of 7–14, we deploy the Mercedes Sprinter Executive van. Groups of 14–56 can be accommodated in our larger vehicles, including the 40-passenger party bus (executive-configured) and the 56-seat motor coach. All vehicles include professional, formally attired chauffeurs.
