May and June are graduation season in Chicago, and we're booked solid with families heading to ceremonies at Northwestern in Evanston, UIC on the Near West Side, DePaul in Lincoln Park, Loyola on the Rogers Park lakefront, University of Chicago in Hyde Park, and Illinois Institute of Technology in Bronzeville. High school graduations pull us to venues all across the suburbs — Allstate Arena, NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Rosemont Theatre, and dozens of school auditoriums.
The most common graduation booking is a family sedan or SUV: pickup at home, drive to the ceremony, wait during the event, then a celebration dinner downtown. A typical 5-hour booking from Schaumburg that covers the ceremony and dinner runs $300-$400 in an SUV. For larger families, our Sprinter van fits up to 14 and keeps everyone together.
For the graduate's friends, a stretch limo or party bus after the ceremony is the way to go. Groups of 8-12 usually grab a Lincoln stretch for a dinner cruise through River North, then a few stops on the town. High school grads (no alcohol, of course) love the limo experience just for the novelty — it makes the night feel special and keeps the whole group safe.
Book early for graduation season. The second and third weekends in May are the busiest of our entire year, ahead of even prom season. Northwestern's commencement alone sends us 15-20 bookings in a single weekend. Reserve 3-4 weeks ahead, especially for party buses and stretch limos.

Yes. For hourly bookings, your chauffeur stays with the vehicle for the full reservation. Ceremonies typically run 1.5-2.5 hours, and your driver will be staged nearby ready to pick up when you walk out. Just text when you're heading to the exit.
