What is the minimum number of employees needed for a shuttle program?
There is no hard minimum. We have run daily shuttles for teams as small as 6 employees using an SUV and programs as large as 60 using a rotating Sprinter fleet. Cost per employee goes down significantly with 10 or more riders.
Can the shuttle make multiple stops on one route?
Yes. Most of our corporate shuttle programs include 2–4 pickup stops along the route. We design the stop sequence to minimize total travel time using traffic data for your specific departure windows.
What happens if an employee misses their shuttle?
The driver waits up to 3 minutes at each stop. If an employee misses the van, they can call our dispatch line and we will note it. Add-on “missed shuttle” individual pickups are available at a flat per-trip rate billed separately.
How much notice do I need to add or remove stops?
Route changes require 5 business days’ notice for permanent changes and 48 hours for temporary adjustments. Emergency same-day changes can usually be accommodated — call dispatch at (224) 801-3090.
Do you run holiday schedules?
Holiday service is at your direction. We default to running your standard schedule unless you notify us of closures. Monthly invoices are prorated for company-designated holidays with 3 business days’ advance notice.
Are drivers trained for professional conduct with employees?
All our shuttle drivers complete a professional conduct orientation specific to corporate accounts. They maintain quiet vehicles, do not use personal phones while driving, and follow any dress code requirements you specify.
Can we get a trial week before signing a monthly contract?
Yes. We offer a paid pilot week at the per-run rate so you can verify schedule fit and employee uptake before committing to a monthly program. Most clients convert to monthly after the first week.
