1. Booking Deposit: To secure your reservation and vehicle, we require a deposit at the time of booking.
2. Full Payment: The remaining balance for your service is charged in full two days (48 hours) prior to your scheduled event date.

Here is how refunds are handled if you need to cancel:

• If you cancel less than 72 hours before your scheduled service, but more than 24 hours before: You will receive a 50% refund of the total service cost. (This means 50% of the total cost is non-refundable).
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service: You will receive a 25% refund of the total service cost. (This means 75% of the total cost is non-refundable).
• If you cancel on the same day of your scheduled service: The full service charge applies, and unfortunately, no refund can be issued for same-day cancellations.
